Should your pet require 24-hour critical nursing care or more advanced treatments, we will stabilize them before making any necessary referrals to specialty hospitals.

FAQ and hospital responses

While walk-ins are welcome, we encourage pet owners to call ahead to be added to our waitlist. Patients will be prioritized based on the severity of their condition, ensuring that those in urgent need receive immediate attention.
The urgent care exam fee is $150, payable at the time of service. Additional treatment costs may vary depending on the specific needs of your pet.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Care Credit, and ScratchPay for payment. All fees are due at the time of service.
Please check with your pet insurance provider to determine coverage for urgent care visits. Payment is required at the time of service, and you can coordinate reimbursement with your insurance company.
Outpatient cases will be instructed to schedule any rechecks or follow-up care with their primary care veterinarian. We will provide an invoice outlining the diagnostic testing and treatments performed during your visit. We are happy to send over all patient exam notes and diagnostic testing results once completed at your request.
