• Service Area: Our house call services are currently available to clients residing in Iowa. While we appreciate our valued clients from neighboring states, we have limited the service to comply with licensing regulations. We hope to expand our reach in the future.
• Distance Limit: Our house call services are limited to a 30-minute drive from our clinic. This ensures that we can efficiently reach your location and provide timely care for your pet.
• Business Hours: House calls are available during our regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate after-hours requests or Saturday afternoon visits currently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• Scheduling and Availability: Due to the high demand for our house call services, we encourage you to schedule your visits in advance. To increase the likelihood of securing an appointment, we recommend booking at least three weeks ahead. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Please note that all house call visits require an examination as well. This is to ensure that we can provide the best possible care for your pet’s health and well-being.
