Pet Emergency Care in Dubuque, IA
As a member of your family, when your pet has an emergency, you want to know the best way to reach your veterinarian at Colonial Terrace Animal Hospital. During business hours, our doctors are available to see your pet at the clinic. If you call ahead, it gives our staff time to prepare for your pet’s arrival. After our normal business hours, we have an answering service that will page the doctor-on-call. The doctor will then call you back to discuss your pet’s condition. If it is determined that your pet needs to be seen immediately, a time can be arranged to meet at the clinic. An emergency examination fee will be due at that time (which does not include additional treatments or services).
